Embroidery:
Embroidered Garments have a higher perceived value. Embroidered orders are produced by machine and produce a high lusture finish to your design. Having your logo embroidered gives the garment a professional appearance and is ideal for sports wears and other garments that can take a higher temperature wash. It is good for crests, multicolour designs and uniforms.
Screen Printing:
Screen printing is a printing technique that uses a woven mesh to support an ink-blocking stencil. The attached stencil forms open areas of mesh that transfer ink or other printable materials which can be pressed through the mesh as a sharp-edged image onto a substrate. A fill blade or squegee is moved across the screen stencil, forcing or pumping ink into the mesh openings for transfer by capillary action during the squeegee stroke. This is by far the most common method of printing garments and is especially suitable for larger quantities (over 25).
Plotter Printing:
This type of printing is useful for putting Individual Names or numbers onto garments. A vinyl material is cut by computer and heat pressed onto garments. It is ideal for a single colour print in lower quantities.
Heat Transfer Printing:
The heat press transfer technique consists on printing a transparent ink with the use of a computer on a special piece of paper ( Inkjet transfer paper). Full color images and of a very high quality can be printed, then applied to the cotton garment and pressed in the heat press. With the heat transfer, you can print complex designs, with many colors. Heat Transfers are generally only suitable for application to white or light coloured garments, because the colors in the design might be affected by the garment color.
